Expect movement, breathing practices and meditation with options to tailor your practice. All levels of experience are welcome. These classes are held in the garden at The Wagnalls Memorial, 150 E. Columbus St., Lithopolis, Ohio.

Yoga in the Park
Connect with nature during these outdoor classes offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District. Expect slow, flowing movement and walking meditation. All levels of experience are welcome. These classes are held at McGill Park, 6725 Lithopolis Winchester Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio.

Connect with nature and your own peaceful essence during this day retreat at the Goslin Nature Center in Lancaster.
If you enjoy outdoor adventures, this is for you.
The intention of this event is to provide space and encouragement for deep transformation.
Guest presenters include Herbalist Simone Nguyen and Vocalist, Songwriter and Yoga Teacher Robin Cummings.

Those with all levels of yoga and meditation experience are welcome.
Many people who attend these retreats come solo; some bring a friend. Either way, you'll connect with like-minded individuals.
Yoga teachers are eligible to receive CEUs through Yoga Alliance.
The Goslin Nature Center is near U.S. Route 33, approximately 20-25 minutes from Canal Winchester. Event parking is next to the building.

This program is offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District.
Expect slow, flowing movement and breathing practices to build strength and increase flexibility and balance. Walking meditation will be included.
This is for all levels of experience; options will be provided to tailor your practice.
Yoga in the Park is open to ages 12 and up. Ages 12-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult and must also pay the program fee to participate.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.

iRest® Sound Bath
Monday, 5/12
CW Community Center
Join us for monthly events designed to support deep rest.
This sound bath program is offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District.
Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments to transport you to a meditative state.
These sound baths will include guided iRest® meditation, an evidence-based practice.
According to the iRest Institute, iRest has been shown to be effective in scientific trials for chronic pain, sleep issues, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Chairs are also available.
Sound bath contraindications include heart arrhythmia, pacemakers, metal plates in the body, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, pregnancy and severe health issues.
If you are experiencing any of the above, please consult with your doctor before registering for these sound bath events.

iRest® meditation is an evidence-based practice that can support well-being.
This form of yogic sleep meditation offers a structured, guided approach to meditation that has numerous benefits for people seeking inner calm and enhanced overall well-being.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.
Class will be outside, weather permitting.
Thousands worldwide practice iRest in various settings, including health centers, schools, community centers, yoga studios, correctional facilities, and military and veteran communities.
This class is offered for free through Wellbeing Connection. Donations to the organization are welcome.
