Expect movement, breathing practices and meditation with options to tailor your practice. All levels of experience are welcome. These classes are in the Community Building at The Wagnalls Memorial, 150 E. Columbus St., Lithopolis, Ohio.

Nourish Retreat

This experience is an invitation to deeply care for yourself before the busy holiday season. It incorporates the tools of yoga and its sister science, Ayurveda.

The Nourish Retreat includes:

Mindful Yoga
Gentle movement to cultivate presence and release tension

The Art of Rest
A yoga and Ayurveda–inspired session sharing restful practices that can be integrated into everyday life

Ayurvedic Self-Massage
Awaken your natural glow through the ancient ritual of self-massage using warm herbal oil to restore balance and calm

Sensory & Mindfulness Hike
A
 self-guided forest experience to engage your senses

Sound Bath
S
oothing tones to encourage deep rest and renewal.
 

Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful, personal experience.

MEET YOUR GUIDES

Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500, AHC, is a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor who aims to share the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda in ways that are accessible and applicable to modern day living.

 

Jeannie Faulkner, MS, MEd, LMT, is an Ayurvedic practitioner, massage therapist, somatic educator and founder of Wild Earth Mind-Body Studio in Logan. She blends Ayurveda, yoga, herbal wisdom and bodywork to help others reconnect with their natural rhythms. Her work invites deep rest, embodied awareness, and a return to harmony with the seasons and the self.
